Given how excruciatingly bad the second Transformers movie was, it’s hard to get too excited about the reality of a third one, Transformers: Dark of the Moon. But, Michael Bay does give good trailer. It doesn’t reveal much of anything except an alternative look at history with the robots smack dab in the middle of America’s greatest scientific achievement.
The film, which stars Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Tyrese Gibson, Josh Duhamel and Patrick Dempsey, is set for release July 1. Hopefully, Bay listened to the criticisms of the second movie and made this one with less stupid humor, less racist robots, less dangling robot balls, less humans and more robots fighting. I mean it’s Transformers, all anybody really wants is to see giant robots fighting and transforming. It’s not rocket science.
