When it was first announced that there would be a movie about the creation of Facebook, the general consensus seemed to scoff at the idea, even mock, despite having Aaron Sorkin and David Fincher attached to the property. And then when the movie came out, and it was pretty great and everybody loved on it, it was like, “of course! Someone should’ve made this movie long ago.”
Now, thanks to IMBD, the curious amongst us can discover just how David Fincher was able to pull off this coup. They’ve posted a four-part making of documentary, that can be found on the DVD (for those that still purchase those kind of things). It’ll run about 1.5 hours to watch all four parts, but if you have the time, definitely check it out.
