The first episode of Girls, the new HBO series by executive producer Judd Apatow and writer/director Lena Dunham, is available for free on YouTube. For some silly reason, HBO disabled embedding. Anyway, just because HBO doesn’t really get the Internet is no reason to hate on a show that’s been well-received by critics and drawn comparisons to being the new Sex and the City, except for dumpy, 20-something Brooklyn hipster chicks instead of 30-something snobby Manhattanites.
